在市场经济不断发展的过程中,各企业间相互竞争的实质是人力资源管理之间的竞争。符合企业发展的人力资源管理模式能促进企业稳步、快速发展,更好的实现企业发展目标,增强企业的市场竞争力。反之,则危及到企业的生存与发展。为此,本文阐述了企业人力资源管理的模式选择以及影响模式选择的因素,旨在提高企业人力资源管理的效果,增加企业经营绩效,促进企业的发展。
In the continuous development of market economy, the essence of competition among enterprises is the competition among human resources management. In line with the development of human resources management model can promote the steady and rapid development of enterprises, better achieve business development goals and enhance their market competitiveness.
