通过测量两个不同频率下的超声波衰减,结合长波区情况下简化ECAH模型,可以计算出被测气固两相流中颗粒相的粒径和浓度。文中以电站锅炉燃煤煤粉作为被测颗粒相,设计了双频超声波检测和颗粒重力输送实验装置,在100kHz和200 kHz的频率下进行实验研究,并将测得实验结果与图像粒度处理仪测量结果进行比较。结果表明,该方法测得的平均粒径与图像粒度处理仪的结果较为吻合;测量浓度值与标称值相比,结果较接近。该方法可以实现气固两相流固相颗粒浓度的在线测量。
By measuring the ultrasonic attenuation at two different frequencies and combining the simplified ECAH model with the long-wavelength region, the particle size and concentration of the particle phase in the gas-solid two-phase flow can be calculated.
