对1Crl8Ni9Ti不锈钢焊接接头进行激光熔凝试验并优化工艺参数。利用扫描电镜、能谱仪、金相显微镜对熔凝层进行检测和对试样进行抗腐蚀性试验。结果表明:激光熔凝层比不锈钢基体具有更强的耐蚀性,特别是焊接接头的薄弱环节-近焊缝区,经激光熔凝后,应力腐蚀倾向减小,抗晶间腐蚀能力有所提高,这对改善焊接接头的抗腐蚀均匀性有利。
Laser welding test 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel welded joints and optimize the process parameters. Using the scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, metallographic microscope to test the fused layer and the corrosion resistance of the sample. The results show that the laser cladding layer has stronger corrosion resistance than the stainless steel substrate, especially in the near weld zone, which is the weakest part of the welded joints. After laser fusion, the stress corrosion tendency decreases and the intergranular corrosion resistance Increase, which is beneficial to improve the corrosion resistance uniformity of the welded joint.
