目的探讨新形势下,军队医院如何强化内涵建设,提升经济管理水平。方法面对医改持续推进、军队全面停止有偿服务活动政策出台等新形势,结合现阶段医院经济管理存在的问题,针对加强医院经济管理的必要性展开讨论。结果采取相应的措施有利于军队医院加强经济管理建设。结论医院为确保健康稳定发展,应以成本控制为核心加强经济管理建设。
Objective To explore how to strengthen the connotation construction of military hospitals and improve the level of economic management under the new situation. Methods Faced with the new situation of medical service reform, the military completely stopped the introduction of paid service activities policies and so on, combined with the existing problems of hospital economic management, the paper discussed the necessity of strengthening hospital economic management. The results to take appropriate measures will help military hospitals to strengthen economic management. Conclusion In order to ensure the healthy and stable development of the hospital, the cost control should be the core to strengthen economic management.
