五、国内科技文献检索工具概况科技文献检索工具,是科技工作者查找文献资料的重要工具。早在50年代中期,中国科学技术情报研究所即着手建立和健全我国自己的检索工具体系。先后编辑出版了《科技文摘》、《科技文献索引》等检索性刊物。《科技文摘》创刊于1956年,先后出版了30种,83个分册,年报导量35万余条;《科技文献索引》原名《期刊论文索引》创刊于1957年,包括期刊论文和特种文献两个部分,年报导量40余万条(与文摘有一定重复)。文摘和索引报导的内容包括:数学、物理、化学、力学、机械、电工、化工、土建、水利、生物、地质、采矿、冶金、轻工、纺织、农业、林业、交通运输、医药卫生以及尖端科学技术等各个学
