百合一般是用鳞茎作种繁殖,也可用鳞茎瓣子繁殖。用鳞茎繁殖,时间短,见效快,但成本高,每亩需成本2800～3500元,连续种植4～5年后会发生退化,出现鳞茎底部变黑、发黄、局部霉烂、产量逐年下降等:用鳞茎瓣子繁殖,虽然成本较低,但要种植三年之后才能有收成,时间长,见效慢,满足不了种植的需要。为了探索百合的繁殖新方法,我们用其无效分蘖嫩梢,进行扦插繁殖,经多次扦插试验终于获得成功,从而克服了鳞茎繁殖
