当前,我国涉众型经济犯罪案件频发。各地司法机关展开了一系列惩治涉众型经济犯罪的司法实践,取得了一定的效果,但同时我们也看到,在立法、取证、追赃、执法等方面还存在诸多问题。因此,要通过完善相关法律法规;建立综合治理机制,完善协作机制;提高执法人员的业务素质和综合能力;建立长效追赃机制;加大法制宣传力度等途径,做好涉众型经济犯罪的预防和治理工作,不断增进社会和谐。
At present, there are frequent cases of economic crimes involving Chinese people. Judicial organs at various levels have launched a series of judicial practices to punish those involved in economic crimes involving the public and have achieved some results.
