3月29日闭会的省十届人大常委会第九次会议修改和废止了一批地方性法规。房地产开发管理条例:价格不必再备案对《浙江省房地产开发管理条例》的修改共有5处。原条例第30条规定“商品房的销售价格报该商品房所在地物价、房地产管理部门备案。”商品房销售价格属于房地产开发商自主决定的事项,报政府部门备案没有必要,本次人大常委会会议删去了这条。原条例第31条规定,商品房出售、出租,应当办理有关登记手续。由于商品房出售、出租办理有关登记手续问题,在房地产管理法等法律、法规中已有明确规定,故而也删去。
The 9th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th Provincial People’s Congress on March 29 amends and repeals a number of local laws and regulations.
