1950年春,黄炎培连续上书毛泽东,洋洋万言,在阐述自己主张的同时,直揭时政弊端,用词尖锐、意见直率,可谓知无不言。“万言书”引起了毛泽东的高度重视。其主张和建议,有的不久就成为中央的决策,有的则在较长一段时间后演变为现实。这段史实,也反映出新中国成立初期的政风之开明。
In the spring of 1950, Huang Yanpei wrote a letter to Mao Zedong in a row, with a thousand words. While expounding his own claim, he staked out the real-time and abusive blunders and sharply worded opinions with straightforward opinions. “Million words book ” aroused the great attention of Mao Zedong. Some of its ideas and suggestions have soon become the central policy decision, while others have evolved into reality after a long period of time. This historical fact also reflects the enlightened political atmosphere in the early days of the People’s Republic of China.
