1病历摘要男,20岁。因右眼拳击伤致眼痛、视物模糊1 h而入院。查体:前房积血Ⅲ度,视力眼前数指,眼压20 mm Hg。诊断:右眼前房积血。入院后,遵医嘱给予20%甘露醇250 ml、头孢他啶2.0 g静脉滴注。在20%甘露醇注射液输注了100 ml,约15min时,患者自觉颈部痒感,约1 min后,颈部皮肤出现散在的针尖大小的红色丘疹,继之丘疹迅速扩大融

Physical examination: anterior chamber hemostasis Ⅲ degree, vision means the number of fingers, intraocular pressure 20 mm Hg. Diagnosis: Right anterior chamber hemorrhage. After admission, given by the doctor 20% mannitol 250 ml, ceftazidime 2.0 g intravenous infusion.
