2002年8月初,笔者应山东省公证处主任刘疆先生之邀,以个人身分参加“齐鲁公证论坛”.会中与大陆各地公证界精英齐聚一堂。就最近两岸公证制度的最新发展进行交流。由于台湾民间公证新制正式开展未久,笔者作为第一任台湾民间公证人,此会可谓展开两岸公证交流新的一页。台湾的新公证法于2001年4月23日正式施行,而第一任民间公证人则于同年8月底正式执行业务,本文在此拟就台湾公证新制的中
At the beginning of August, 2002, at the invitation of Mr. Liu Jiang, director of Notary Office of Shandong Province, the author participated in “Qilu Notary Forum” as an individual, and gathered with elites from the notary public in mainland China. Exchanged views on the latest developments in the notary system of both sides of the Taiwan Strait recently. Since the formal establishment of a new system of notarized civilians in Taiwan officially took hold, the author, as the first non-governmental public notary in Taiwan, can start a new page in notarization exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. Taiwan’s new notary law came into effect on April 23, 2001, while the first private notary public formally executed its business by the end of August of the same year.
