桥吊、龙门吊和集卡是集装箱港口装卸搬运作业的主要设备,传统研究通常对这3种设备的作业根据优先级别进行优化,所得方案往往不具有可操作性。考虑3种设备之间的协调调度机理,提出集成桥吊、龙门吊和集卡的全自由度调度问题并建立混合整数规划模型。通过仿真分析,得到桥吊、龙门吊和集卡在不同数量组合下的任务排序与作业时间安排,为集装箱港口关键作业资源协调配置与调度提供基础模型。
Bridge cranes, gantry cranes and container trucks are the main equipment for container port loading and unloading operations. Conventional research usually optimizes the operation of these three kinds of equipment according to the priority level, and the resulting solutions are often not feasible. Considering the coordinative dispatching mechanism among the three kinds of equipment, a full-degree-of-freedom scheduling problem of integrated bridge crane, gantry crane and truck is proposed and a mixed integer programming model is established. Through the simulation analysis, the task scheduling and job scheduling of the bridge crane, gantry crane and truck under different number of combinations are obtained, which provides a basic model for the coordination and scheduling of the key operational resources of the container port.
