客户经理责任制和项目经理责任制是两种不同的业务经营模式,这两种模式有什么不同?适合于什么样的经营环境?需要什么样的配套条件,等等,下面试作初步比较分析。一、两种制度的基本内容1.客户经理责任制,顾名思义,是以客户为中心的业务经营模式,它要求经理人员应当以客户需求为导向,为其提供尽可能好的专业服务(包括已有的和可能通过创新实现的),以维持与客户的长期关系和业务量,实现本单位长期价值的最大化,提高市场竞争力。2.项目经理责任制是以项目为中心的业务经营模式,它要求经理人员对项目承担明确的责任.同时赋予经理人员以较大的自主权,以提高项目运行质量和效率,力争实现项目价值最大化,提高本单位市场竞争力。
