合理设置课程体系对学生就业具有积极作用。近年来,大学生就业形势相当严峻,高职学校毕业生更是承受着巨大的就业压力。如何提高高职学校毕业生的就业质量,日益成为各方关注、亟待解决的重要课题。本文在对高等职业教育现状进行综合评估和调查的基础上,分析影响毕业生就业的因素,提出了一系列提高就业质量的,推动课程体系创新改革的对策。
The reasonable setting of the curriculum system has a positive effect on the employment of students. In recent years, the employment situation of undergraduates has been rather harsh, and the graduates of higher vocational schools are under tremendous pressure of employment. How to improve the employment quality of higher vocational school graduates has increasingly become an important issue that all parties are concerned about and are in urgent need of solution. Based on the comprehensive assessment and investigation of the status quo of higher vocational education, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the employment of graduates and puts forward a series of countermeasures to promote the innovation and reform of the curriculum system by raising a series of employment quality.
