Intel’s long-term plan Intel chief marketing officer Sean Maloney only needs people to buy things. In order to gain the upper hand in the next economic recovery, the company is making some consolidation. Earlier this year, Intel announced that it will invest more than $ 7 billion to upgrade its U.S. plant after closing down smaller factories. Intel’s overall competitive advantage is reflected in its manufacturing process.
