噪声污染是一种物理污染。噪声控制技术就是在保证正常操作的前题下,用经济有效的办法,把受其影响的环境中的噪声降低到符合允许的评价标准。噪声控制与任何声学问题一样,都必须考虑声源、传播途径和接受者三个基本环节所构成的系统,并结合具体条件,通过减振、隔声、吸声等措施进行控制。
Noise pollution is a physical pollution. Noise control technology is to ensure that the normal operation of the former title, a cost-effective way to reduce the impact of the noise in the environment to meet the allowable evaluation criteria. As with any acoustic problem, noise control must consider the system consisting of three basic components: sound source, transmission path and receiver, and control the vibration, sound insulation and sound absorption according to specific conditions.
