财库〔2016〕210号2016年12月5日按照中央全面深化改革要求,为贯彻落实国务院关于“简政放权、放管结合、优化服务”的改革精神,完善中央预算单位(以下简称中央单位)银行账户管理,进一步理顺管理职责,财政部、中国人民银行决定对《财政部中国人民银行监察部审计署关于印发〈中央预算单位银行账户管理暂行办法〉的通知》(财库〔2002〕48号)及其补充规定中的单位范围、管理方式及年检工作等事项进行调整。现
