我院自1995年1月～1996年3月,对产后40例尿溜留的产妇采用穴位足三里注射新斯的明的方法,促使排尿,效果满意,现报道如下。 1 资料及方法 1.1 临床资料:本组40例均为住院分娩的产妇,于产后6～18小时不能排尿的患者。年龄最小的21岁,最大的28岁,初产妇36例,经产妇4例。其中侧切+胎头吸引分娩者26例,单纯侧切分娩者10例,会阴完整4例。最短不能排尿时间为产后6小时,最长为产后18
