用免疫组织化学ABC方法观察中药醒脑健神胶囊对实验性脑出血大鼠脑内脑啡肽(ENK)的影响。结果发现,脑出血后1天、3天和7天脑内ENK样阳性纤维及终末的密度高于正常对照组,治疗组ENK样阳性纤维及终末的密度在脑出血后第亚天和第7天比脑出血组低,但在第3天比脑出血组高。根据前人的研究和本实验结果,我们推测ENK可能参与了脑出血的病理生理过程。醒脑健神胶囊可调节脑内ENK的含量,减轻脑组织的损伤,使脑出血后某些神经症状得以改善。
The effect of Xingnaojianshen Capsule on the enkephalin (ENK) in brain of rats with experimental intracerebral hemorrhage was observed by immunohistochemical ABC method. The results showed that the density of ENK-like positive fibers and terminals in the brain was higher on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th days after intracerebral hemorrhage than in the normal control group. The density of ENK-like positive fibers and terminals in the treatment group was on the first day after intracerebral hemorrhage. On the 7th day, it was lower than that of the intracerebral hemorrhage group, but on the 3rd day it was higher than the intracerebral hemorrhage group. Based on previous studies and the results of this experiment, we speculate that ENK may be involved in the pathophysiological process of cerebral hemorrhage. Xingnao Jianshen Capsule can regulate the content of ENK in the brain, reduce the damage of brain tissue, and improve certain neurological symptoms after cerebral hemorrhage.
