目的分析消癥化瘀方联合高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢功能的影响。方法将子宫肌瘤患者120例按照就诊的先后分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组患者行高强度聚焦超声消融治疗。观察组给予消癥化瘀方联合高强度聚焦超声治疗。分别于治疗前及治疗后3个月晨空腹抽取2组肘静脉血检测患者孕酮、雌二醇水平。评价2组患者治疗前后的行经天数、月经量。结果治疗后2组孕酮、雌二醇含量均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组;治疗后2组月经期短于治疗前,月经量少于治疗前,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消癥化瘀方与聚焦超声刀联合治疗子宫肌瘤可明显下调患者孕酮及雌二醇含量,减少行经天数,减少经量,提高临床治疗有效率。
Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaozhong Huayu decoction combined with high intensity focused ultrasound on uterine fibroids on ovarian function. Methods A total of 120 cases of uterine fibroids were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of treatment. Control group patients underwent high intensity focused ultrasound ablation. The observation group was given Xiaozheng Huayu prescription combined with high intensity focused ultrasound treatment. The levels of progesterone and estradiol in 2 elbow venous blood samples were determined by fasting before treatment and 3 months after treatment. The 2 groups of patients before and after treatment by the number of days, menstrual flow. Results After treatment, the contents of progesterone and estradiol in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group. After the treatment, menstruation was shorter than before treatment, menstruation was less than before treatment, and the changes in observation group were greater than Control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of Xiaozheng Huayu Recipe and Focused Ultrasound Knife can obviously reduce the content of progesterone and estradiol in patients with uterine fibroids, reduce the number of menstrual cycles, reduce the amount of menstruation, and improve the efficiency of clinical treatment.
