血清中有100余种蛋白成分,其中前白蛋白、白蛋白、α_1抗胰蛋白酶蛋白、α_2热稳定性糖蛋白、运铁蛋白等,系由或主要由肝细胞制造,肝损害时制造减少,血清中浓度降低。临床上常用血清白蛋白浓度来反映肝损害程度,但白蛋白体内半衰期长达19~27天,肝合成白蛋白的能力降低50%时,血中自蛋白浓度仅降低20%,因此,血清白蛋白测定不是急性肝损害的敏感指标。近几年来人们企图通过测定血清中“快运转蛋白”(rapid-turnover protein)来反映肝损害的发生及其程度。这些蛋白体内半衰期短,当损害发生后较短期内血清中浓度即可有变化。前白蛋白即属于快运转蛋白之一。本文报告我们对50例
