现将我们近十年来住院和门诊治疗的、资料完整的341例带状疱疹患者作一临床分析. 临床资料 1.性别:341例患者中男178例,女163例. 2.年龄:10岁以下12例,11-30岁97例,31-70岁68例,71岁以上35例. 3.季节:四季均有发生,但秋季最多共164例,占48%,其他季节大致接近. 4.初疹时间,发疹3天以内的48例,一周以内的219例,一周以上的74例. 5.皮损部位:见表1.以脊神经胸段最多(50%).
