用差热分析和淬冷法配合岩相分析,研究了SiO_2和TiO_2对CaO-SiO_2-TiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO五元合成渣系结晶规律的影响,绘制出该渣系在改变SiO_2和TiO_2含量时的两个矿物结晶区域图,并确定了钙钛矿和黑钛石的结晶区域。测定了在中性气氛下,不同条件时,渣中钙钛矿和黑钛石的结晶量。为采用结晶分离法降低含钛高炉渣中的TiO_2含量及其利用提供了必要的理论基础。
The effects of SiO_2 and TiO_2 on the crystallization of CaO-SiO_2-TiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO ternary system were studied by differential thermal analysis and quenching method. The results show that when the content of SiO_2 and TiO_2 is changed, Of the two mineral crystallization area map, and to determine the perovskite and black titanium stone crystallization area. The amount of crystals of perovskite and black titanium stone in the slag were determined under neutral atmosphere and different conditions. It provides the necessary theoretical basis for reducing the content of TiO 2 in the slag containing titanium by crystallization separation and its utilization.
