目的:建立酸枣仁汤及其各单味药指纹图谱,探讨酸枣仁汤复方水煎液与各单味药化学成分的异同。方法:水煎煮法制备酸枣仁汤及其各单味药供试液,HPLC法建立其指纹图谱,对各色谱峰的归属进行分析,比对酸枣仁汤复方水煎液与各单味药指纹图谱中药物化学成分的异同。结果:在酸枣仁汤复方水煎液指纹图谱中共检出23个成分,其中22个为药源性成分,1个为煎煮后的化合产物。结论:酸枣仁汤复方水煎液与各单味药指纹图谱中药物化学成分存在显著差异,复方经水煎煮后有新的化合产物生成。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the fingerprint of Suanzaoren Decoction and its single herbs, and to explore the similarities and differences of the chemical constituents of Suanzaoren Decoction Compound Decoction and single herbs. Methods: The decoction of Suanzaoren Decoction and its single herbs were prepared by decocting method. The fingerprint of each group was determined by HPLC. The ownership of each peak was analyzed. Similarities and Differences of Chemical Components in Fingerprints. RESULTS: Twenty-three components were identified in the fingerprints of Suanzaoren Decoction Compound Decoction, of which 22 were drug-derived components and one was the compound after decoction. Conclusion: There are significant differences in the chemical constituents in the fingerprints of the compound decoction of Suanzaoren Decoction and each single herb. The compound compound is formed after boiling in water.
