男性激素(A)不仅促进性腺发育及影响性功能,而且对物质代谢、免疫功能等也有调节作用。目前已证明许多组织存在男性激素受体(AR)如脑、肝及皮肤纤维母细胞等组织。外周血白细胞是否有AR存在,尚未见报告。为此,以人外周血白细胞为材料,应用放射配体结合法证实了人白细胞存在[~3H]睾酮特异结合部位。
Male hormones (A) not only promote gonadal development and affect sexual function, but also regulate metabolism, immune function and so on. It has been demonstrated in many organizations that male hormone receptors (ARs) such as brain, liver and skin fibroblasts and other tissues. There is no report on the presence or absence of peripheral blood leukocytes. To this end, human peripheral blood leukocytes as material, the use of radioligand binding assay confirmed the presence of [~ 3H] testosterone-specific binding sites in human leukocytes.
