试验以欧李新品种京欧1号、京欧2号春季萌发枝且带有腋芽的茎段作为外植体,研究其扩繁技术。结果表明:京欧1号、京欧2号诱导最适培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA;最适继代扩繁培养基京欧1号为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,京欧2号为MS+0.1mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA;较适宜生根培养基京欧1号为1/2MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L IAA,生根率为53.7%,京欧2号为1/2MS+0.1 mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L IAA,生根率为53.3%;经过炼苗,2个品种移栽成活率均在70%以上。
Experiments were conducted to study the propagation technology of the stems of the germinal shoots with axillary buds of the new European cultivars, Jingou 1 and Jingou 2, as explants.
