作者以安徽省黄山市屯溪区职改前后的资料为依据,对各级技术职务的年龄,增资额,技术结构,知识结构进行了比较分析,并对职改的质量及效果作了问卷式调查。调查表明,职改体现了广大医务人员的迫切愿望,理顺了专业技术结构,改善了医务人员的生活待遇,但未能达到职改预定的深层目标。影响职改质量的主要因素是:政策多变,指标失控,考试成绩失真,评聘缺乏竞争。作者还对今后完善职改工作提出了建议。
