本文探讨了防、保、医、教四位一体、综合服务,系统管理的新的服务模式。其主要内容是:“防”是贯彻预防为主的方针;“保”是做好妇幼保健工作。“医”是医疗工作,“教”是医学教育、健康教育和文化教育。文章指出,通过四位一体的综合服务、系统管理有利于明确各部门的职责,增强责任感,调动积极性,更有力地推动卫生事业的发展和初级卫生保健顺利实施。
This article explores the new service model of prevention, insurance, medical care and education, integration services, and system management. Its main content is: “Prevention” is the principle of carrying out prevention as its priority; “Protection” is to do a good job of maternal and child health care. “Medical” is medical work, and “teaching” is medical education, health education, and cultural education. The article points out that through four-in-one integrated services and system management, it is helpful to clarify the responsibilities of various departments, enhance their sense of responsibility, and mobilize their enthusiasm to promote the development of health services and the smooth implementation of primary health care.
