In July 1977, the Sichuan Provincial Construction Engineering Bureau Cement Products Factory established a fixed 20,000 m~3 self-control linked concrete mixing station (Figure 1). After three years of production practice assessment, the operation of the institutions of the mixing plant was good. The quality of the concrete reached the design requirement of 100%, and it played a very good role in the civilized production of the plant and was well received by the staff.
