工业炉是机械工业热加工消耗能源的主要设备,它大量地消耗煤、油、气、电。在机床、汽车、轴承等行业中,工业炉的能源消耗一般约占全厂总能耗的50~60%,重机行业约占70~80%,热加工专业厂约占80%以上。由此可见,机械工业自身能耗的节约,除了应从工艺改革上考虑以外,重点应抓工业炉的能源节约。工业炉燃料消耗量大的原因是多方面的,主要的有以下几方面: 1.炉型陈旧,燃烧装置落后,热效率低; 2.余热没有充分利用;
Industrial furnaces are the main equipment for energy consumption in the thermal processing of the machinery industry. They consume large amounts of coal, oil, gas and electricity. In the machine tools, automobiles, bearings and other industries, the energy consumption of industrial furnaces generally accounts for about 50 to 60% of the total energy consumption of the whole plant, the heavy machinery industry accounts for about 70 to 80%, and the thermal processing plant accounts for more than 80%.
