德国的双元制职业培训模式一直是德国职业教育成功的骄傲,也是德国职业教育响誉全世界的重要原因之一,以及在国际上的持久竞争力都起着重要的作用。随着我国科学技术的高速发展,我国的职业教育模式从知识结构上到教学模式上都在进行积极的改革探索,我认为目前在我国尚不可能也没有必要直接推广双元制职业培训模式,但对我国职业教育有着重要的借鉴意义。
The dual vocational training model in Germany has always been the pride of successful vocational education in Germany. It is also one of the important reasons why German vocational education is prestigious all over the world and plays an important role in lasting international competitiveness. With the rapid development of science and technology in our country, the vocational education model of our country is actively exploring the reform from the knowledge structure to the teaching mode. In my opinion, it is impossible and not necessary to promote dual vocational training mode directly in our country, However, it has an important reference to our country’s vocational education.
