目的建立了茶叶中菊酯类农药残留量的气相色谱分析方法。方法采用丙酮∶石油醚=1∶1(V/V)作为提取剂,石英毛细管柱、电子捕获检测器、外标法定量,分析茶叶中甲氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯农药的残留量。结果甲氰菊酯的回收率为82.7%~101.3%,RSD为2.19%~5.46%;氯氰菊酯的回收率为81.7%~102.5%,RSD为2.11%~5.63%;氰戊菊酯的回收率为85.3%~103.6%,RSD为2.04%~4.29%;溴氰菊酯的回收率为86.1%~102.3%,RSD为1.98%~5.25%。结论气相色谱分析方法准确可靠,适用于市售各种茶叶中菊酯类农药残留量的分析。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of pyrethroid pesticide residues in tea by gas chromatography. Methods Acetone: petroleum ether = 1: 1 (V / V) was used as extractant, and the capillary column, electron capture detector and external standard method were used for the quantitative analysis of fenpropathrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate, Residues of pyrethroid pesticides. Results The recoveries of fenpropathrin were 82.7% -101.3% with RSDs of 2.19% -5.46%. The recoveries of cypermethrin were 81.7% -102.5% with RSDs of 2.11% -5.63%. The recoveries of fenvalerate were 85.3% ~ 103.6%, RSD 2.04% ~ 4.29%. The recoveries of deltamethrin ranged from 86.1% to 102.3% with RSDs ranging from 1.98% to 5.25%. Conclusion The GC method is accurate and reliable, and it is suitable for the analysis of pyrethroid pesticide residues in various kinds of tea.
