沛县,地属徐州,位于江苏的西北角,是长三角的“神经末梢”。由于历史的原因和地域、层次的局限,县里不少干部的思想水平、知识结构、工作能力、工作方法等方面存在一些问题,成为制约科学发展的一大因素。近年来,中共沛县县委根据党的十七大提出的要求,立足实际,狠抓干部队伍学习,干部素质得到提高,经济社会发展得到促进,初步尝到建设学习型干部队伍的甜头。
Peixian, to Xuzhou, located in the northwestern corner of Jiangsu Province, is the Yangtze River Delta “nerve endings ”. Due to historical reasons, geographical limitations and levels, some cadres in the county have some problems in their ideological level, knowledge structure, working ability and working methods, which have become a major factor in restricting scientific development. In recent years, based on the requirements of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Peoples County Party Committee of the CPC has paid more attention to the study of the ranks of cadres, improved the quality of cadres, promoted the economic and social development, and initially tasted the sweetness of building a contingent of learning cadres.
