问:一年多前,我在月经初期时突然小腹剧烈地疼痛,之后排出许多黑色血块,还有一个类似三角形的血块样的东西。从此之后,每次来月经时小腹都很痛,到第三天总会出现上述情况。我非常害怕,又不敢告诉父母,也不敢去看医生,十分苦恼,尤其是月经将来之前更甚。请问我这是患了什么病?该怎么办?
Q: A little over a year ago, I suddenly had severe pain in my abdomen during the early stages of menstruation. After that, I discharged many black blood clots and a triangle-like blood clot.
