在社会主义市场经济快速发展的大环境下,生活水平得到显著提升,这为中国文化事业的发展提供了有利及条件基础。在实际发展建设过程中,我国城乡之间的差距不仅表现在经济发展领域,在文化制度建设上也存在较大的差异。近几年,我国县级文化建设取得了一定程度地发展,文化资源共享工程与人们的生活联系日趋紧密。文化馆是文化建设中的重要载体,在县级文化建设中文化馆发挥着至关重要的作用。笔者结合多年工作经验,对县级文化建设中文化馆的地位和其作用的实现方法做了简单介绍。
Under the environment of rapid development of the socialist market economy, living standards have been significantly improved, which has provided a favorable and conditional basis for the development of China’s cultural undertakings. In the process of actual development and construction, the gap between urban and rural areas in our country is not only reflected in the field of economic development, but also differs greatly in the construction of cultural systems. In recent years, the county-level cultural construction in our country has made a certain degree of development. The project of sharing cultural resources has become increasingly close to people’s life. The cultural center is an important carrier in cultural construction and plays a crucial role in the construction of the cultural center at the county level. The author combines years of work experience, the county cultural construction of the cultural center of the status and role of the method to do a brief introduction.
