磨砂玻璃大多数是在施工现场采用普通平板玻璃,以金刚砂、金刚石加水手工研磨而成。现将玻璃磨砂的手工操作法和有关注意事项简介如下。一、选择平板玻璃要选比较平整、无气泡的平板玻璃。二、裁划玻璃根据所需尺寸,将选好的平板玻璃裁好。三、平放玻璃磨砂时,将裁划好的玻璃平放在垫有棉毯或稻草帘的工作台上。工作台面要求平整,垫铺厚薄要均匀。四、精磨把金刚砂(60～80目)均匀地撒布在玻璃表面上,而后再洒上清水用金刚石(60～80目,三角或长方型磨石均可)
