目的 :观察中药神龙口服液配合放射治疗鼻咽癌的效果。方法 :应用中药制剂神龙口服液配合放射治疗鼻咽癌 60例 (综合组 ) ,并与单纯放射治疗的 60例 (单放组 )进行急性毒副反应、细胞免疫功能及临床疗效对比观察。结果 :( 1)综合组急性毒副反应明显轻于单放组 (P <0 0 5) ;( 2 )两组鼻咽部及颈部肿瘤消退率差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5) ;( 3)综合组鼻咽部及颈部肿瘤消退时的放射治疗剂量 (简称肿瘤消退剂量 )明显低于单放组 (P <0 0 1) ;( 4 )综合组放疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群无显著变化 ,而单放组OKT3、OKT4 、OKT4 /OKT8在放疗后显著降低 ,与放疗前比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5) ;( 5)综合组生存率较单放组高 ,但差异无显著性 (P =0 0 518)。结论 :中药神龙口服液配合放射治疗鼻咽癌能减轻放疗副反应 ,改善机体细胞免疫功能 ,降低肿瘤消退剂量 ,具有放射增敏的效果 ,可能提高远期生存率
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenlong oral liquid combined with radiotherapy on nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods : 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Shenlong Oral Liquid combined with radiotherapy (comprehensive group), and 60 cases (radiotherapy group) with radiotherapy alone were observed for acute toxicity, cellular immunity and clinical efficacy. RESULTS: (1) Acute toxic adverse reactions in the comprehensive group were significantly lighter than those in the single-release group (P < 0.05); (2) There was no significant difference in the regression rates of nasopharyngeal and cervical tumors between the two groups (P > 0.05). (3) The radiotherapy dose (abbreviated as the tumor remission dose) in the general group when the nasopharyngeal and neck tumors subsided was significantly lower than that in the radiotherapy group (P < 0.01); (4) T lymphocyte subsets before and after radiotherapy in the comprehensive group There was no significant change in the group, but OKT3, OKT4, and OKT4/OKT8 in the radiotherapy group decreased significantly after radiotherapy, which was significantly different from that before radiotherapy (P < 0.05). (5) The survival rate of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the radiotherapy group. However, the difference was not significant (P =0 0 518). Conclusion : Chinese medicine Shenlong oral liquid combined with radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can reduce side effects of radiotherapy, improve cellular immune function, reduce tumor remission dose, and have the effect of radiosensitization, which may improve long-term survival.
