2012中央一号文件是农业科技创新的强心剂,更是腐植酸大农业科技创新的强心剂。在确立腐植酸食品源头安全生产保障体系的基础上,初步梳理出腐植酸绿色环保新农资体系,由此搭建起食品源头安全生产的技术屏障。腐植酸绿色环保新农资体系涵盖了腐植酸肥料、腐植酸农药、腐植酸农膜等十几类新农资产品供给体系,属于农业科技创新的一支新生力量,具有极大的发展空间。
2012 Central Document No. 1 is a tonic agent for agro-technological innovation and a tonic agent for technological innovation in large-scale humic acid farming. On the basis of establishing the safe production guarantee system of the source of humic acid food, the new system of humic acid green environmental protection agricultural resources was initially sorted out, thus establishing a technical barrier for safe production of food sources. Humic acid green new agricultural capital system covers the humic acid fertilizer, humic acid pesticide, humic acid plastic film and a dozen new agricultural products supply system, belonging to a new force in agricultural science and technology innovation, with great room for development.
