德州地区位于山东省最北部,历史上干旱缺水。70年代以来,开展了以引黄为骨干的水利建设,使全区缺水局面有所缓解。但南部邻黄河县市有较丰富的浅层地下水,益引用大量黄河水,而北部县市水资源则进一步匮乏,地下水漏斗逐年扩大。根据井、渠灌溉效益的对比分析,通过南部地区井代渠措施,研究将黄河水调往北部地区的经济效益及其实施可能性,供本区及其它沿黄、沿河地区研究水资源调度战略参考。
Texas is located in the northern part of Shandong Province, history, drought and water shortage. Since the 1970s, water conservancy construction with the Yellow River Diversion as the backbone has been carried out to ease the water shortage situation in the whole region. However, there are abundant shallow groundwater in the neighboring Yellow River counties and cities in the southern part of the country, which is benefiting from a large amount of Yellow River water. However, water resources in the northern counties and cities are further scarce, and groundwater funnels are expanding year by year. According to the comparative analysis of well and canal irrigation benefit, we study the economic benefits and feasibility of transferring the Yellow River water to the northern area through well-ditch drainage measures in the southern area for the study of water resources dispatching in the Yellow River and other areas along the Yellow River Strategic reference.
