村组财务管理是推动农村经济发展,建设社会主义新农村必须解决的一个重要课题。随着农村改革的进一步深化,加强农村财务管理,已成为改善农业生产条件、巩固农村基层政权、保持农村社会稳定的一项亟待解决的问题。一、当前村组财务管理状况分析近年来,我局接受委托分别对16个村(组)财务管理情况进行了审计。审计资金总额2879.50万元,查出各类违纪违规资金273万元。从审计和审计调查情况来看:村组财务管理较好的有4个,占21%;一般的有5个,占30%;较差的有11个占49%。从事财
