分化抑制因子(Id)又称DNA结合抑制因子,是螺旋-环-螺旋(helix-loop-helix,HLH)蛋白家族中参与负性调节的转录因子,具有抑制细胞分化、促进细胞增殖的作用。众多实验表明,Id蛋白在肿瘤中高表达并与肿瘤侵袭转移等恶性潜能密切相关,提示Id蛋白有助于判断肿瘤的预后。恶性肿瘤中Id蛋白的表达异常,可能是肿瘤侵袭性表型、预后差的标志。而通过靶向治疗抑制Id蛋白的表达可以有效抑制肿瘤增殖、侵袭转移。本文就近年来Id蛋白对肿瘤预后的相关因素,如恶性增殖、侵袭转移、血管生成等方面的影响机制及临床领域的研究进展作一综述。
Differentiation Inhibitor (Id), also known as DNA binding inhibitor, is a transcription factor involved in the negative regulation of the helix-loop-helix (HLH) protein family and has the effect of inhibiting cell differentiation and promoting cell proliferation. Numerous experiments show that Id protein is highly expressed in tumors and is closely related to malignant potential such as tumor invasion and metastasis, suggesting that Id protein can help determine tumor prognosis. The abnormal expression of Id protein in malignant tumors may be an aggressive phenotype of the tumor with poor prognosis. Inhibition of Id protein expression by targeted therapy can effectively inhibit tumor proliferation, invasion and metastasis. In this paper, the recent progress of Id proteins on the prognosis of cancer, such as malignant proliferation, invasion and metastasis, angiogenesis and other aspects of the impact of the clinical field of research are reviewed.
