高校成人教育也是高校高等教育的重要组成部分。近些年来,人们围绕高校成人教育的形成、发展状况进行了深入的探讨。对成人教育的解释变得多元化,在成人教育的概念之下,世界上又先后出现了终身教育、终身学习、学习化社会三种不同理念学说。本文就其出现及对高校成人教育的影响展开论述,从而发现成人教育发展的内源性动力。这些对于高校成人教育学科建设、教育教学活动起了促进作用。
Adult education in colleges and universities is also an important part of higher education in colleges and universities. In recent years, people have deeply discussed the formation and development of adult education in colleges and universities. The interpretation of adult education has become diversified. Under the concept of adult education, three different doctrines of philosophy of lifelong education, life-long learning and learning-oriented society have emerged one after another in the world. This article discusses its appearance and its impact on adult education in colleges and universities, and finds out the intrinsic motivation for the development of adult education. These have played a catalytic role in the adult education discipline construction, education and teaching activities in colleges and universities.
