图式理论是认知心理学的重要概念,是指个体已有的心理机能结构。文章运用心理图式理论探讨数字图书馆信息服务对读者信息知觉的影响,并对读者理解过程中信息差产生的原因进行了解析,就信息差填补与缩小条件、信息差平衡与图式知识延伸的相互关联分析了图式对读者认知的影响及信息服务策略的选择,用图式理论强化概念驱动机制,以最大限度地消除信息差,提高信息服务效率。
Schema theory is an important concept of cognitive psychology, refers to the individual’s existing mental function structure. The article uses the theory of psychological schema to discuss the influence of digital library information service on readers’ perception of information, and analyzes the causes of information difference in the process of reader’s understanding.
