随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,民商法和经济法也得到了修改和完善,这两项关乎民生的法律从不同的层面上对社会经济进行了调节和控制。本文首先简要概述了民商法和经济法,在此基础上从调整对象和价值取向两个方面分析了二者之间的联系,从权利保护特点、主体意思的限度和目标内容上分析了二者的不同之处,希望可以给民商法和经济法的研究提供参考。
With the continuous development of the socialist market economy in our country, the civil and commercial laws and economic laws have also been revised and improved. The two laws on people’s livelihood have regulated and controlled the social economy at different levels.
