2013年1月,四川省委办公厅、省政府办公厅印发《2013年全省十项民生工程实施方案》,《方案》中罗列出了包括“就业促进、扶贫解困、民族地区帮扶、教育助学、社会保障、医疗卫生、百姓安居、民生基础设施、生态环境、文化体育”为主要内容的共10个大项75个分项民生工程。如今,2013已经走完,《方案》中所提到的民生工程是否都落到了实处?而百姓又从中得到了什么?
In January 2013, the General Office of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government issued “2013 Implementation Plan of Ten Livelihood Projects in the Province” in “2013 Plan”, including “Employment Promotion, Poverty Alleviation and Relief in Ethnic Regions , Education aids, social security, health care, people living, livelihood infrastructure, ecological environment, culture and sports ”as the main content of a total of 10 major projects 75 livelihood projects. Now that 2013 has been completed, whether the people’s livelihood projects mentioned in the “Program” have actually come down to reality and what has been gained by the people?
