为明确部分内填混凝土设计方案在焊接整体钢桁梁结构中的适用性,设计了2组不同混凝土填充范围的T形焊接整体节点试件,对其在水平和竖向荷载下的静力性能进行试验研究,分析了弦杆内填混凝土长度对节点刚度、应力应变分布、极限承载力、破坏模态等性能指标的影响。结果表明:与空心节点相比,弦杆内部分或完全填充混凝土之后,节点的弦杆翼板压屈破坏得到有效避免,钢板应力水平出现较明显降低,且节点的弹性刚度、屈服强度和极限强度显著提高;而部分填充混凝土方案与完全填充混凝土方案的节点力学性能则区别甚微。
