从当前的国际形势来看,我国的足球水平与世界上很多的足球强国的水平存在很大的差距,究其原因,最重要的一点就是我国不太重视对于青少年的足球训练,没有形成一个良好的青少年足球训练理念,使足球的后备力量越来越缺乏,造成我国足球事业的落后发展,本文就进一步探讨青少年的足球训练理念,讨论和研究足球后备人才的培养方法。
