Since the beginning of the development of the stock cooperative company, it has received widespread attention, debated and criticized. This kind of dispute has still existed so far, and the disagreement between the two sides has been stubborn and difficult to unify. Looking at each other’s views, the author believes that there are still some basic issues that need to be further analyzed and understood. To further discuss in depth the issues concerning such cooperative enterprises, we must first examine the basic causes and conditions of their occurrence and development. For any form of economic organization, its occurrence and development not only have its economic roots, but also its social roots.
