河北保定人,生于1972年9月。杭州师范大学教育学院教授,硕士生导师,博士,教育系系主任。1992年至1997年就读于河北大学教育系学校教育专业,获得教育学学士学位;1997年至2000年就读于原杭州大学教育系比较教育专业,获得比较教育硕士学位。此后任教于原杭州师范学院教育科学学院。2003年至2008年就读于浙江大学教育学院,
Baoding, Hebei, was born in September 1972. Hangzhou Normal University professor of education, master tutor, doctor, director of the Department of education. From 1992 to 1997, he studied at the School of Education Department of Education of Hebei University and obtained a bachelor’s degree of education. From 1997 to 2000, he studied at the comparative education major of the Department of Education of Hangzhou University and obtained a master’s degree of comparative education. Since then teaching in the former Hangzhou Normal College of Education and Science. From 2003 to 2008, he studied at Zhejiang University Institute of Education,
