CD_8T lymphocytes participate in the clearance of murine macrophages (MCMV) and do not depend on the presence of CD_4T lymphocytes. CD_4T lymphocyte cooperation is required only for MCMV clearance in salivary glands. In the experiment of removing CD_8T lymphocytes, CD_4T lymphocytes completely compensated for the deletion of CD_8T lymphocytes and cleared MCMV in all tissues (including salivary glands), but it did not have protective effect on itself, suggesting that cytokines play an important role in controlling MCMV infection The important role. IFN-γ, an essential cytokine that abrogates MCMV in murine salivary glands and controls MCMV level transmission, is not the only cytokine. Based on this, we investigated the role of TNF-α in anti-MCMV responses.
